Over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) is an interpretation service that involves a three-way call. The interpreter facilitates the conversation between the two parties who are speaking different languages. The interpreter could be within the same building or office as the client or in a remote location.
Remote Simultaneous Interpretation and On-Site Interpretation
Video remote interpreting (VRI) is a form of sign language interpreting that allows people who are deaf or hard of hearing to communicate with a hearing person at the same site via videoconferencing instead of live, on-site interpreting.
VRI is especially useful when there is a lack of available qualified interpreters, such as at a rural location; and when an interpreter is needed immediately and there is no available interpreter on-site.
Remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) is simultaneous interpretation 2.0 where every person (including interpreters) can receive a live video & audio feed virtually. RSI interpreting allows interpreters, participants, and speakers to connect remotely from any place on Earth and interact in their own language. All you need to make RSI happen is a computer or mobile device, headset, and Internet connection to join online events.
Pre-Scheduled Assignments
Any client can request a prescheduled interpretation session for languages listed as “preschedule recommended”, extended duration sessions (more than 1.5 hours) or sessions with other specific requirements. Preparation is half the work an interpreter does. Being a language expert doesn’t mean that one can talk about anything in the world using specialist terminology right off the bat. It’s crucial to remember that what might be obvious to you as an expert in your field is a new world to anybody else.

Customer Retention
We use customer retention as a metric that measures customer loyalty, or the ability for your organization to keep your customers over time. In addition to identifying the number of loyal customers, customer retention can reflect or predict customer satisfaction, repurchase behavior, customer engagement and emotional ties to your brand.
Customer Recovery
Our customer recovery department is in charge of winning back a lost customer. We mainly focus on repairing the relationship with a dissatisfied client by listening to them first, and we attempt to get their attention back by shocking and awing them; we also make sure to update the customer’s method of payment if it is invalid or card has expired.
Technical Support & Help Desk
We go above and beyond to monitor and maintain our computer systems and networks. We take our staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Order Processing
This is our process or work-flow associated with the picking, packing and delivery of the packed items to a shipping carrier and is a key element of order fulfillment.
Order processing involves all the tasks that need to be carried out to ship products from the warehouse to the customer.
Payment Processing
Payment processing is how our businesses complete credit card and debit card transactions. Payment processing services expedite card transactions, and payment gateways securely transmit data so money from a customer's issuing bank can be transferred to a merchant's account. All of this happens in seconds.
